1. ARE THERE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY?
Yes, absolutely! The instructions for assembly are included in the box, and you can also find them on our User Guide Page.
2. DOES THE LIGHT EMIT HEAT?
The HALO Luminescent Arch Light is an LED that does not produce heat even at its brightest level. They provide a fully adjustable, clean, cool white light for services that ranges from extremely dim to quite bright.
3.DOES THE HALO LIGHT HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. A ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY is included with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and make it right. Within the regular warranty period, we will attempt to fix or replace any defective products. We do not issue refunds unless the product is found to be unfit for its intended use. 4.DO YOU DROP SHIP?
We do not drop ship. Each product undergoes a quality control and is hand tested before dispatch to ensure your product is in great condition and defect free.
Our Halo Lights are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse, Roseberry NSW 2018.
5.CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Absolutely yes!
